RESIDENT EXPECTATIONS
To maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment, all residents are expected to meet the following general guidelines. These expectations help ensure our community remains a good fit for everyone who lives here.
Residents Are Expected To:

Be able to care for themselves independently and manage daily living tasks

Maintain their personal living space and participate respectfully in shared areas

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, residents must be able to follow house procedures and community policies.

Communicate respectfully with staff and other residents

Participate appropriately in a shared living environment

Take responsibility for personal meals, transportation needs, and daily routines

Complete and comply with the intake and screening process

WHO WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE
To ensure the safety, comfort, and well being of all residents, Prestigious Independent Living Estates is designed specifically for individuals who are able to live independently. As such, there are certain needs that fall outside the scope of our community.
Our Community Is Not Able to Support Individuals Who:

Require medical care, skilled nursing, or assisted living services

Need medication administration or medical supervision

Require hands on assistance with personal care or daily living tasks

Need active substance use treatment or detox services

Are unable to live safely and respectfully in a shared residential environment

Do not meet the level of independence required following the intake and screening process

Prestigious Living Facility is not a medical facility, assisted living residence, or emergency shelter. Our intake process is designed to ensure that all residents are appropriate for the level of independence and community living we provide.
